Aluminum Fluted Poles: Material and Finish: Constructed from structural-grade 6061 T5 or T6 aluminum, these poles feature a maintenance-free white polyester powder coating, making them ideal for coastal environments. Design Compliance: Compliant with NZTA P24:2020 specifications for permanent traffic signs, ensuring adherence to New Zealand's safety and quality standards. Frangibility: Engineered to be frangible, these poles are designed to break away upon impact, reducing potential hazards during collisions. Ease of Installation and Maintenance: Lightweight and easy to handle, they require no specialist equipment for installation. In the event of damage, poles can be easily removed and replaced using existing foundations. Ground Sockets: Material and Construction: Manufactured from strong structural-grade 6261 T5 or T6 alloy, featuring a 5mm wall thickness to prevent damage during accidents and facilitate simple pole replacement. Corrosion Resistance: Powder-coated to prevent corrosive attack of the aluminum by concrete, enhancing longevity. Design Features: Equipped with a base cap to prevent concrete ingress during installation and raised internal wedges in sockets for 89mm, 102mm, and 114mm diameter fluted poles to counter pole rotation. Installation Efficiency: Facilitates economical and time-saving installations by eliminating the need for props during concrete curing and allowing for quick replacement of damaged poles without the need to dig out and replace foundations.
